Tree Matters highly experienced consultant can provide a full range of tree care consultancy services to all our customers. Therefore, helping them manage their trees in a balanced and eco-friendly way and in compliance with all legislative requirements.
We can provide expert advice and reports on the following:
Development Site Surveys and Reports
The surveying of the trees on a potential development site and assessing their implication on any proposal. If then required, we can provide a bespoke report, in accordance with British Standard 5837:2012, to support the proposal through the planning process. Tree Matters can also provide arboricultural supervision and support throughout the development process.
Health and Safety Surveys and Reports
The assessment of the safety and risk presented by trees on a site, together with work recommendations to alleviate the perceived risk. This helps tree owners to manage their trees responsibly and in consideration of the legal requirements.
Tree Health and Condition Inspections
The inspection of trees to diagnose ill-health and make recommendations in consideration of that diagnosis.
Subsidence Risk assessment and the provision of Pre-Purchase Reports
The assessment of the risk presented by trees to causing property subsidence and the subsequent provision of a pre-purchase report to support a mortgage application.
Protected Tree Planning Application
The submission of an application to the Local Planning Authority (LPA) to undertake works to trees protected by either, a Tree Preservation Order or because the site is situated within a Conservation Area. Should it be necessary, we can provide an appeal statement to the Planning Inspectorate to support an appeal against an LPA decision.
